POLYGLYCERYL-3 OLEATE - Introduction
Polyglycerol-3 oleate is an ester compound synthesized by esterification of glycerol and oleic acid. It has the following properties:
1. Appearance: Triglycerol monooleate is a yellow to brown liquid.
2. Solubility: It can dissolve in many organic solvents, such as alcohols, ethers, and esters.
